    1. A dialogue is a conversation between two or more people where there is an interchange or discussion of ideas between them. It is also an open and frank conversation where opinions are addressed freely and frankly.

    2. Elihu was among the friends who had visited Job after he was covered with boils from Satan. He addressed Job in Job 32, where he "waited before speaking to Job because they were older than he. But when he saw that the three men had nothing more to say, his anger was aroused."

    3. Jeremiah also had a complaint similar to that of Job, cursing the day he was born only to made to suffer. Jeremiah 20:14 says "Cursed be the day I was born! May the day my mother bore me not be blessed!" while Job 3 also states the same despise for his birth.

    4. Sovereign is the state of someone who is supreme or high over all else. He is in authority over the others, superior over them in all sense.

    5. James wrote of the patience of Job in his James 5: 11 where he states "You have heard of Job's perseverance and have seen what the Lord finally brought about. The Lord is full of compassion and mercy."

    8. Satan wanted to test the loyalty of Job who seems to have no complain against God. So, with permission from God, he inflicted Job with boils that cover the whole of his body, after killing all of his sons and daughters.

    9. Job 1: 13 - 18 tells of how the four messengers came to Job to inform him of the disaster that befell on his animals and children. These four servants all escaped the misfortune and came to him to relay the bad news to their master.

    10. The book of Job where God's loyal servant Job suffered the pain inflicted by Satan is one of the earliest books of the Bible to be written. It is the 18th book in the Old Testament of the Holy Bible.
