    The correct answer is the Baltic Sea.

    You can think about it like this: the other three seas are not in anyway close to Sweden (The Black sea and the Indian Ocean in Asia, and Mediterranean between Africa and Europe so Sweden was not very likely to be in control of land next to it.

    Baltic Sea however - Sweden lies on it, and Russia has only small access to it - so it's a likelt (ad true) option!
