    The two international aid programs launched during the Kennedy administration were The Peace Corps and the Alliance for Progress.

    The Peace Corps was established by John F. Kennedy on March 1, 1961. It is a government program that provides technical assistance to the people outside US while Alliance for Progress was to establish economic cooperation between United States and Latin America.
