    The eugenics represents a process in which the human population is regulated in the sense of creating as perfect people as possible. It is focusing on creating a people with certain looks, disease free, even of certain ''pedigree'', so it is a selection of the gene pool, and because of this some people, or rather lots of people, are either not allowed to be included into the breeding process and they are forcefully sterilized because they do not fulfill the criteria.
