The parameters that the supreme court used when ruling laws regarding of treatment of men and women are not fair enough because they don't take into account the current unfair discrimination and violence against women that takes place in the country and around the world too. Their parameters don't take seriously enough sexual abuse, harassment, discrimination in the workplace, in the public place and in the women's everyday life. It's also unfair for the LGTB community because it doesn't protect their rights or their identity as human beings. Issues like segregation, gender discrimination, violence and many more, aren't dealt with properly. The supreme court might have made some progress as regards equality and fairness for all women and men but it needs to take into account the disadvantages that women and the LGTB community have over the rest of the population in order to ensure justice for everyone.
