The disputed election of 2000 was ultimately decided through an appeal to "The Supreme Court".

The disputed election of 2000 was between the Al Gore who was the Vice President at that time and George W. Bush who was serving as the governor of Teas. At first the reports on media declared it in the favor of Al Gore in Florida which was the centre of all the conflict but later these were considered too close to call.
