Honestly it's all about the parents no one is born racist nor is anyone born into segregation. Parents choose how their kids are raised and what they believe.

Answer: Personally it is where the school is located I used to live in a small town in MO and there went many kids that had other races except Caucasian then I recently moved to FL and there where a lot of mixed/darker kids here. So its all about the location of the school.
