    Judicial branch.

    Judiciary is the most important branch of Federal government which interprets and applies the law in the name of the state. Judicial Branch also provides the mechanism for resolving the disputes. However, Judiciary does not make laws or enforce laws but interprets the laws which applies to the fact of each case.
