    I think that the better answer is that the industrial revolution created economic opportunities for the middle class (bourgeoisie) and the desire for profits without government interference. Transcontinental railroads made possible people movements from agricultural farms to urban cities. Electricity, new machines and inventions atractted people to industrialized environments. These facts emerge subsequently into capitalism because the increase of the desire of posessions and the persuit of a wealthy life.
