Every year, around the beginning of August, a raining season starts in Egypt. This season is one of the most important events of the year, because of the high amounts of water that comes of the rains, the Nile River starts rising and becomes the most sustainable source of water in a desertic area.

This event is called Wafaa El-Nil, also known as the Nile's River Flooding, it is considered a holiday because of the big amount of water that provides to Egypt. It is important to understand that the Nile River is the only source of water.

Knowing this I would say that the correct answer is C. Gentle and Dependable.
