Canada has developed policies to directly address Canada's problems with acid rain and pollution. Acid rain and pollution are examples of environmental issues.

    Answer: Option C

    Explanation:

Acid rain has been affecting mostly western Europe & eastern north America. Acid rain as we all are aware of is the result of air pollution. When any kind of fuel is burnt it produces different chemical gases in the environment.

These gases especially nitrogen oxide (NO) & Sulfur dioxide (SO2) reacts with the tiny droplets of water in the atmosphere to form Sulfuric acid and nitric acid. Thus, resulting in the formation of weak acid causing it. Acid rain as it occurs in the atmosphere can be carried not only from country to country but even from one continent to another.
