    Explanation:

    From the time 1820 to 1830 there were more than 95% of African American population enslaved by the higher officials and elites. They used to live at their homes and do all the chores like cleaning, washing, cooking, do laundry for their owners.

    The were treated as the low class people and were given pity jobs to do. Just with the colour of their skin they were discriminated and treated as slaves. The owners were violating the Missouri compromise of 1820.
