Does the massachusetts anti-myanmar statute violate the supremacy clause of the u. S. Constitution?

    The anti-Myanmar law does violate the Supremacy Clause of the Constitution. According to Article I, Section 8, Clause 3 of the US constitution, the foreign commerce clause gives Congress the power to regulate commerce with foreign nations. Therefore, states have no business usurping these powers
