My legislature creates separate powers through two separate houses. Upperclassmen are represented in one house, and lowerclassmen are represented in the other. Each house must approve a new policy change, so both check and balance each other's power. Both of these principles are established in my government.

Article 1 of the Constitution of the US Government establishes the legislative branch of the federal government. It also grants this branch with enumerative powers and the ability to create laws that will let the branch execute them.

Additionally, the Vesting Clause of Article 1 establishes the division of 3 powers amount he federal government in its first section. It determines rules for the House of Representatives that include the length of the stints of members in its second section. A similar exercise is done regarding the Upper House (the Senate) in the third section.
