Is the USA a limited government?

    Depends on what that whole question is. The USA has a federal and state governmental laws. That are covered by the Federal Constitution and the Bill of Rights that is constantly being amended to the times that we live in. The USA Constitution is what is known as a non-living document. That means what is writing can not be changed, but amended and added to.

    The way it was sub-post have been was to have a limited government. However, it is not, that federal government is on the up raise within, the states laws and rights.
