Once the Supreme Court has ruled on a particular issue: a. The decision becomes law and can never be altered b. It may still overrule the previous decision if a new case addresses the issue c. The executive branch must enforce the Court's decision

    B many cases have been brought to the Supreme Court that have caused them to overrule any prior decision.
