What was the effect of the Allies' policy of appeasement toward the Nazi regime in Germany?

a) Germany pulled out of Austria and did not occupy it again.

b) Germany continued to invade other countries and expand it's empire.

c) Germany became careful to only take over countries that were U. S. enemies.
