Justinian Code Book II-I "Division of Things" What happens if another person takes what belongs to you without your permission?

    This was mostly related to wheat but if someone takes your things without your permission you can ask the judge from a court to settle whether or not it is truthful and to what extent it happened. If the person indeed took your things then the court will return it to you.
