You are driving your car in good weather and road conditions. The proper way to ensure that

you are following far enough behind other cars is to

A: Look at the other cars around you, and use the same following distance they are using.

B: Try to estimate how many car-lengths you are behind the vehicle ahead of you. You should

always be at least three car lengths behind them.

C: Watch as the vehicle ahead of you goes past a road sign or fence post. It should take at least

three seconds for you to reach the same spot on the road.

    C because it is the three second following distance rule in order to maintain a safe following distance of the car in front of you.
