If an employer spends $30,000 for weight-lifting equipment for the company gym. The company charges $100 a year to each employee who wants to buy a gym pass. The pass is for an unlimited amount of uses. There are 50 employees that work for this company. How many years will it take to pay off the weight-lifting equipment if half of the employees buy the gym pass each year?

    half of 50 is 25

    25 * 100 = 2500 a year

    30,000 / 2500 = 12

    it will take 12 years
