    Degrees Celsius = (Fahrenheit - 32) * 5/9

    Degrees Celsius = (-109.3 - 32) * 5/9

    Degrees Celsius = - 141.3 * 5/9

    Degrees Celsius = - 78.5

Therefore dry ice must be kept at a temperature of < = - 78.5 Celsius
