A spider walks about 19 cm each second. About how long would it take the spider to walk around the perimeter of a room that is 3 m wide and 4 m long?

    Perimeter of rectangles: 2 (L+w) = 2 (3m+4m) = 14m=14*100=1400cm

    spider can walk 19cm each second. it can walk perimeter of room in 1400/19=73.6 seconds
