0.9964 probability of getting at least one ticket. This problem is a little bit tricky. You're looking for the probability of getting at least 1 ticket. Since the probability of getting at least one ticket plus the probability of getting zero tickets adds up to 1, it's easier to first calculate the probability of getting zero tickets and subtracting that from 1. So 1 - (1 - 0.91) * (1 - 0.96) = 1 - 0.09 * 0.04 = 1 - 0.0036 = 0.9964
