In a store 60 cans of soup are arranged to be displayed in 10 equal rows. why does the fraction 10/60 not represent this solution

    It just doesn't feel logically appealing, read the question again (there are 10 rows not 60 rows) you should instead say 6 cans per row

    Because 10/60 is 10:60 but we want 60 : 10
