    You can write the following 3 digit numbers using these base ten blocks:

    222, 122, 121, 111, 112, 221, 211, 212, 200, 100, 220, 210, 110, 120, 102, 202, and 101

    All combinations with 0, 1 or 2 in the tens and ones place with 1 and 2 only in the hundreds place.
