Of the dogs at the dog show 1/12 were classified as belonging to the hound group. Of the dogs in the hound group 3/10 were English foxhounds. What fraction of the dogs at the show were English foxhounds? Can u explain how u solved it

    So to do this all we have to do is multiply 1/12 by 3/10

    when we do this we get 3/120

    3 goes into 120 40 times

    so the answer is 1/40
