Total number of people = 4 (Janice, Stephanie, Rose, and Gina).

Total amount to be paid for all 4 people = $ 84.70.

Janice, Stephanie and Gina worked = 5 hours each.

Total number of hours worked by Janice, Stephanie and Gina = 5*3 = 15 hours.

    Rose worked 45 minutes less, that is 5 hours - 45 minutes = 4 hours 15 minutes = 4.25 hours.

Total number of hours worked by all = 15+4.25 = 19.25 hours.

Therefore, for total 19.25 hours of work total amount paid = $ 84.70.

Let us find rate per hour.

    Rate per hour = 84.70/19.25 = $ 4.40.

    Janice, Stephanie and Gina each paid = 5 * 4.40 = $22.00. And Rose get paid = 4.25 * 4.40 = $18.70.
