    In order to get the answer to that question, all you need to do is simply divide 3/16 and you will get how much paint did each of the signs use. So let's try diving 3 and 16. If we solve 3/16, we will get an answer of 0.1875. So we can actually say that each sign made use of 0.1875 gallons of paint. As for what two numbers does the answer lie, the answer is in a decimal form so it would be pretty hard to determine that. However, my answer there would probably be between 0.2 and 0.1
