A number cube is rolled 310 times and the results recorded: 50 ones, 55 twos, 44 threes, 53 fours, 52 fives, and 56 sixes. What is the experimental probability of rolling an even number, as a percent?

    Add all the results that are even numbers (55, 53, and 56) which will get you 164. Put 164 over 310 to show that it is experimental probability. To make it a percent, use a proportion:164 over 310 is equal to x over 100. You will then get 310x=16400. Solve the two-step equation and get x is approximately 52.9%.
