As neither Olivia nor Marcus have the freckles dominant trait, they are both ff, thus their offsprings are Olivia ff * Marcus ff = Of1Of2 * Mf1Mf2 = Of1Mf1, Of1Mf2, Of2Mf1, and Of2Mf2 = ff, ff, ff, and ff which means Violet, Nathan, Jonas and Claudia did not inherit freckles from their parents or the probability that each child has of inheriting freckles P (Ff), P (FF) from their parents = 0

    Step-by-step explanation:

There is a pair of each gene in the chromosome. The chromosomes contains the genetic code. Each of these gene are known as an allele. There are two forms of Alleles viz, a dominant and a recessive allele.

The dominant allele expresses itself an offspring by showing its characteristics even when the chromosomes contains one dominant and one recessive allele of a gene, while the recessive gene requires both genes to be recessive for it to express itself
