if you want to know the answer you can do this. 10 as a decimal = 10.0, right. so now divide it by 10. What do you get?1.0, right? What is 3.6*1.0? It is 3.6.

You just divide the numerator or the top number by the denominater or the bottom number to convert a fraction to a decimal
