Andrew answered the following inequality, his work is shown below:

-5x - 7 ≤ - 52

-5x ≤ - 45

x ≤ 9

What mistake did he make?

A. He should have added 7 to both sides in the first step.

B. He should have flipped the symbol in the last step.

C. He should have divided both sides by - 5 in the first step.

D. He should have divided negative 45 by negative 5 and gotten - 9.
