You need a table with the content of sodium per serving.

    This is the table:

    butter 1 pat 41mg

    coffe 250 ml 0

    eggs 1 serving 60mg

    toast 1 slice 170mg

    orange

    juice 250 ml 4 mg

With that table you can calculate the content of sodium in the breakfast, this way:

    orange juice: 1 * 41 mg = 4 mg

    2 eggs: 2*60mg = 120 mg

    2 slices of toast with butter on each: 2 * (170mg+41mg) = 422mg

    and coffee: 1 * 0 = 0

    The total sodium ingested is: 4 mg + 120 mg + 422 mg = 546 mg

    Answer: 546 mg
