    The inequality becomes:

    350B+525F≤4500

    Explanation:

Let the number of basil plants be represented by = B

Let the number of fennel plants be represented by = F

As each basil plant needs 350 ml of water, so B basil plants will need 350*B = 350B ml of water

Similarly, each fennel plant needs 525 ml of water so F fennel plants will need 525*F = 525F ml of water.

And both the plants need to be watered with a maximum of 4500 ml of water.

    So inequality becomes: 350B+525F≤4500
