2x-y=6 and 5x+10y=-10

2x - y = 6
5x + 10y = - 10
(2x - y = 6) * 5
10x - 5y = 30
(5x + 10y = - 10) * 2
10x + 20y = - 20
If we subtract the last 2 equations,
30y = - 50
y = - (5/3)
2x - (-5/3) = 6
2x + (5/3) = 6
2x = 6 - (5/3)
2x = (18-5) / 3
2x = 13/3
x = 13/6
