The ground temperature at an airport is 15 °C. The temperature decreases by 5.8 °C for every increase of 1 kilometer above the ground. What is the temperature outside a plane flying at an altitude of 5 kilometers?

    44 because if you use the equation y=mx+b you would plug in 5.8 (5) + 15 which equals 44
