Suppose the leftmost digit of two numbers are 8 and 3 can you tell which number is greater explain

    1. If the left most of the both numbers are 8 and 3, what is the number that has the greater value.

    Well, it depends. We all know that 8 is greater than 3, however there are chances that the rightmost of the number is different.

    First possibility:

    => 8 has a value of 38

    => 3 has a value of 33

    Thus, 38 is greater and 33 is lower

    But if this happens

    => 8 has value of 28

    => 3 has value of 33

    then 33 has greater value than 28.
