    This question involves reverse percentages

We will call the students x, for the time being.

This means that Latrice did: x * 0.25 = 51. Note that I am using the only students that chose summer, this means that there are others who chose other seasons but we arnt given the data. So, rearranging x = 51/0.25. Which equals 204.

Therefore this means that there are a minimum of 204 students in seventh grade. However, we are asked to predict, so we can say there are 204 students in the sevenh grade
