Isn't this just 20m? Or is it a trick question and I'm just not getting it?

    19 meters

    Step-by-step explanation:

When Arman finished, Babken is 10 meters behind. So, Babken has 10 meters left.

Ex: Babken has 10 meters left, Cecilia is 9 meters behind.

    So, the answer is 10+9=19.

    19 meters.
