Let f (x) = 2x^2+7x-5 and g (x) = - 8x^2-3x+5 what is g (x) + f (x)

    f (x) = 2x² + 7x-5

    g (x) = - 8x ² - 3x+5

    Simply add f (x) and g (x), then simplify

    g (x) + f (x)

    = (2x²+7x-5) + (-8x²-3x+5)

    = 2x²-8x²+7x-3x+5-5

    = - 6x² + 10x + 0

    = - 6x² + 10x
