A factory packed 85 bears into large boxes. Each large box had 9 bears. The remaining bears were pack in small box. How many bears were packed the small box?

    4 bears go in the small box. 85 / 9 = 9 with a remainder of 4. The remainder of 4 is the amount that goes in the smaller box
