    So the X intercept mean the Value of X when value of Y is 0

    So it's 6x-2*0=12

    6x=12

    x=2

    X intercept is 2

    the Y intercept means the Value of Y when value of X is 0

    So it's 6*0-2y=12

    -2y=12

    y=-6

    Y intercept is - 6
