There are 14 blue marbles, 8 red marbles, and 12 green marbles in a jar. What is the ratio of the total number of marbles to the number of red marbles

    We want to find total to red

    total just add

    14+8+12=14+20=34

    red=8

    total to red=34:8 or 34/8=17/4=17:4
