    4.32/100 = x/103220

    4.32*103220 = 100x

    445910.4 = 100x

    445910.4/100 = 100x/100

    4459.104 = x

    x = 4459.104

    x = 4459.10

    Alternatively take 4.32% of 103,220 to get

    (4.32/100) * 103220

    (0.0432) * 103220

    4459.104

    4459.10

    and we get the same answer
