Hello:
(gog) (-2) = g (g (-2))
but g (-2) = (-2) ²-4 (-2) - 5 = 4+8-5=7
(gog) (-2) = g (g (-2)) = g (7) = 7²-4 (7) - 5 = 49-33 = 16
