The Pomerantz Family have a small rectangular pond in their flower garden. The pond is 6 feet long and 4 feet wide. If the water in the pond is 2 feet deep, what is the volume of the water?

    Volume of the water = long x width x deep

    long=6 ft

    width=4 ft

    deep=2 ft

    volume of the water: = 6 ft * 4 ft * 2 ft=48 ft³

    answer: 48 ft³ is the volume of the water.
