A square has a perimeter of 36 units. One vertex of the square is located at (3,5) on the coordinate grid. What could be the x - and y - coordinates of another vertex of the square?

    Answer: (9,11)

    Explanation: if you plot (9,11) on a grid you can see that the length between 3 and 9 is 6. And the length between 9 and 11 is 6. 6 times 6 is 36. The two length have to be equal to each other because it is a square.
