Justin lives in saint paul and goes to school in minneapolis. in the morning, he has 333 transportation options (bus, cab, or train) to school, and in the evening he has the same 333 choices for his trip home. if justin randomly chooses his ride in the morning and in the evening, what is the probability that he'll use both the bus and the train?

    To answer this question you will multiply the probability of the first event happening by the probability of the second event happening. He has a one in three chance of taking the bus on the way to school, and a one in three chance of taking the train home. 1/3 x 1/3 = 1/9 chance of both of these occurring at the time he is indicating.
