In a bag of 100 balloons, 12 are red and 13 are green. What fraction of the balloons in the bag are not red or green?

    12+13=25

    25/100 = ¼ is red and green

    1 - ¼ = ¾

    ¾ of the bag of balloons are neither red nor green.

    25/100 Balloons are not red or green. There is 100 balloons, so that is our denominator. 12 plus 13 equals 25, whoch is our numerator. So 25/100 is your answer.
