    62 cm

    Step-by-step explanation:

    P = 2 (5x - 2) + 2 (3x + 1) Insert the value of x

    P = 2 (5*4 - 2) + 2 (3*4 + 1)

    P = 2 (20 - 2) + 2 (12 + 1)

    P = 2*18 + 2*13

    P = 36 + 26

    P = 62 cm

    Zohar must cut 62 cm with the scissors.
